Typeform

See where Typeform sends your form responses: every webhook that posts answers to Zapier, a CRM or a company server, by destination. Plus who has access to each shared workspace and which forms are public. Form questions and answers are never read.

Questions you can answer 13

Each one is a saved query that ships with ConfigView, reading your Typeform data on your own server. Ask it in plain English, SQL, Slack or the API.

  • Do any leavers still have access to Typeform workspaces?
  • Which Typeform workspaces are owned by someone who has left?
  • Are any forms still collecting data with no owner?
  • Which Typeform webhooks were set up in the last 30 days?
  • Has anyone started sending Typeform responses somewhere new?
  • Who outside the company has access to our Typeform workspaces?
  • Are any personal Gmail accounts in our Typeform workspaces?
  • Where does Typeform send our form responses?
  • Which Typeform forms send answers to Zapier or other outside services?
  • Are any Typeform webhooks still sending over plain http?

What ConfigView collects from Typeform 4

  • Forms

Every form in the workspaces the token can see: which workspace it is in, form or quiz, whether it is public, and when it was created and last changed. Titles, questions and answers are never collected.

  • Webhooks

Webhooks on each form: the outside host every submitted response is posted to, whether it is enabled, plain http or https, which events trigger it and when it was set up. The full URL and the signing secret are never stored.

  • Workspace Members

Who has access to each workspace the token can see, and whether they are its owner or a member.

  • Workspaces

Workspaces the token can see: name, whether it is shared with a team, how many forms and members it has, and who owns it.
