Granola
See who is in your Granola workspace and with what role, which integrations (Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Zapier) and which AI tools over MCP read your meeting notes, notes shared with outside email addresses, data exports, webhooks, and who owns which notes - without collecting note titles or content.

What ConfigView collects from Granola 6
-
Audit Log
The workspace audit log (Enterprise): integrations connected, notes shared with outside email addresses, AI tools reading notes over MCP, data exports, API key use, sign-ins and members added or removed. Kept beyond Granola's one-year limit.
-
Folders
Granola folders the workspace API key can see, with the folder they sit in and the space they belong to.
-
Members
Who is in the Granola workspace, rebuilt from the audit log and note owners because Granola has no member list: role, status, when they joined or left, last sign-in and last activity.
-
Notes
Which meeting notes exist and who owns them: owner name and email, the spaces each note is in, and when it was created, last changed or deleted. Titles and note content are never collected.
-
Spaces
Shared spaces in the Granola workspace that the workspace API key can see: the space's id and name.
-
Webhook Endpoints
Webhooks that send note events out of Granola: the receiving host, which events and note scopes it gets, folder restrictions, who created it and whether it is on.
